We are happy to announce that Maggie L. Sutton, Senior Associate Attorney, has been certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation.  Maggie is one of only six Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELAs) in Central Ohio.

To become certified in elder law, an attorney must be an attorney in good standing for at least five years, attend continuing education seminars on various elder law issues, must have references from other certified attorneys, pass a rigorous full-day certification exam, as well as a separate Ohio-specific essay exam.
