2024 Ohio Medicaid Manual Seminar

October 24-25, 2024

The 2024 Ohio Medicaid Manual seminar will be held on October 24 and 25.

This year’s seminar will be a two-day seminar for attorneys, and attendees will have the option to attend in-person in Columbus or via Zoom.

Registration will begin in early August, so check back on this page to register.  We have discontinued sales of the 2023 book pending the 2024 update.

Friday Agenda (anticipated)
8:30am-3:15pm

Carry-over from Thursday, state hearing and administrative appeal decisions through August 2024, Medicaid application and appeals process, and case studies

Note:  Live interactive webinar CLE hours used to be limited to 24 hours per biennial reporting period.  This limitation has been permanently removed by the Ohio Supreme Court .

 

The 2024 Ohio Medicaid Manual is included in the seminar registration fee.

 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received 48 hours before start of seminar will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee.

If you are attending via Zoom, your Manual will ship to the shipping address provided the week of the seminar.   Please provide a physical address - no PO boxes.
